Understanding our pricing model

Our pricing is based on the individual care needs of each resident. This ensures that you only pay for the services that are essential, providing optimal value and personalized support.

What's included in the basic monthly fee?

The basic monthly fee is determined by the type and amount of care required by the resident, as outlined in their Preliminary Admission Form and Resident Health Status. Should a resident's condition change, requiring more care, the monthly fee may be adjusted, or the resident may be referred to a facility better equipped to meet their evolving needs. This fee covers a comprehensive range of services and amenities, ensuring comfort and well-being.

Included services and amenities:

  • Private room or semi-private room and furnishings
  • Bed and bathing linen
  • Personal care needs as ordered by the primary care provider and outlined in the Resident Service Plan
